The Network Club is an exclusive web3 club for passionate, like-minded individuals who want to collaborate and enjoy unique rewards. Members gain access to special opportunities and events, fostering a community of dedicated entertainment enthusiasts. Access and renewal fees can be paid only with MoVY tokens.
Club members can purchase a non-transferable Club NFT to join. Membership requires an annual renewal fee and offers the following benefits:
Funding Opportunities: Club members get exclusive access to fund and support upcoming movie projects. Successful projects yield returns for the members, along with access to premieres, red-carpet events, studio tours, and more.
Exclusive Meet-ups: Participate in meetup events in different cities for discussions, networking, and leisure. These events include free general access and paid events featuring thought leaders and industry talents.
Free CinePass: Enjoy a complimentary ‘X’ number of CinePasses as part of the club membership.
Early Access: Priority access to new features, content, and investment opportunities on the platform.
MoVY users have to buy a Club NFT to access the Club and its services. There are a limited number of Club NFTs to maintain the exclusivity and service quality of the club.
Seed & Private Investors: The initial investment received from seed & private investors is crucial for platform development and to reward this support all early investors will be given free access to the club for 3 years with free annual renewal.
Other Users: Platform Users purchase the Club NFT to get access to the club. Members also need to pay an Annual Renewal fee again only via MoVY tokens. This Annual Renewal is conditional on participation in funding and other activities on the platform.
Club Members get early access to the projects boarded on the platform for funding support. Each project will have a limited number of Funding NFTs that club members can buy to fund that project. Members can stake these NFTs and they will get returns based on the project's commercial success. There are no guaranteed returns associated with these NFTs and thus come with risks and are limited to club members only. In a later phase, we will allow Members to sell these NFTs in the marketplace to other platform users before their maturity/cut-off.
