MoVY Platform has two main components that provide platform users with varied rewards and services.
1. Marketplace
The MoVY Marketplace is a hub where users can use MoVY tokens or USDC to purchase a variety of assets related to the entertainment industry. These assets include:

Club members can purchase a non-transferable Club NFT to join. Membership requires an annual renewal fee and offers the following benefits:
Funding Opportunities: Club members get exclusive access to fund and support upcoming movie projects. Successful projects yield returns for the members, along with access to premieres, red-carpet events, studio tours, and more.
Exclusive Meet-ups: Participate in meetup events in different cities for discussions, networking, and leisure. These events include free general access and paid events featuring thought leaders and industry talents.
Free CinePass: Enjoy a complimentary ‘X’ number of CinePasses as part of the club membership.
Early Access: Priority access to new features, content, and investment opportunities on the platform.
Platform Fees & its Distribution
The MoVY platform sustains itself through platform fees generated from:
Transaction Fees: A 10% fee is charged on each NFT purchase and re-sell in the Marketplace except the Club Entry and Annual Renewal NFTs. The remaining amount is shared with the production houses, artists, creators, previous owners and external platforms involved in the NFTs creation and attached services.
Financing Fees: The platform charges a 1.5% fee on funds raised through the Club's project support initiatives.
These platform fees are used for revenue sharing with Cine Pass holders, ensuring a continuous and fair distribution of earnings. These can be later updated based on DAO voting.
